Redwing Yoga

Redwing Yoga currently offers a variety of vinyasa flow and private yoga sessions. Please see below for class descriptions, schedule, and sign ups.

Yoga Classes

Vinyasa Flow (Yang)

Redwing 60 & 90 minute Vinyasa Flow classes have a foundation in power yoga, are based in alignment and brought to life by the breath. We focus on merging breath and movement to free our tensions and heal our bodies and minds. These classes are often followed by an optional 10-minute guided meditation.

Yin Yoga (Yin)

Our yin practice allows you to work the deeper “yin” tissues of our ligaments, joints and fascia. This is a less vigorous practice where we come into a pose, resolve to stay still and hold the pose for some time. This practice works along the meridians of the body freeing up deep blockages and helps to lengthen and strengthen muscles. As we connect to the breath and rest beyond effort we can find a more relaxed and spacious mind.

Private Yoga

Private yoga is a gateway to enjoying your yoga practice and your life more fully.

Whether coming to yoga for the first time or returning to your practice after an injury or a break, a private session provides an opportunity to work with your specific needs, allowing you to grow in strength, balance and flexibility at your own pace, in a beautiful, safe space.

Safe, private practice focussed on your needs.

Personalized attention allows you to develop a strong awareness of your body’s alignment, to deepen your connection to breath and to balance your strengths and weaknesses.

Private sessions are 60 minutes. They are held at Redwing’s studio or can be coordinated via Zoom.
