Hi, I’m Nancy.

I discovered yoga and meditation nearly two decades ago. These practices transformed my life and set me on the endless journey into the present moment. My daily practice infuses me with strength and courage to live life with eyes wide open, come what may. My desire is to share that with you.

I have been teaching yoga for nearly two decades. I completed two 200-hour Teacher Trainings and am a member of Yoga Alliance. I am also a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher and completed a two year intensive Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

My yoga teaching is grounded in a warm Vinyasa Flow that is accessible to all levels. I emphasize breath and alignment as a way to untangle the knots and habits of daily living. This challenging practice offers an opportunity to drop into the present moment and align with your true nature.

I live on a lake in Hamilton, Massachusetts. I love my family, dogs, and friends and am a chicken farmer to a small, but well-loved flock.

Redwing Yoga is a sanctuary where we come to experience the wonder and beauty of each day. We practice (in more usual times) surrounded by trees and water and sunlight in this intimate, six-mat studio. Here, the relationship to nature reminds us how everything is constantly changing, when we open our eyes to see. And that this one present moment is exquisite and unrepeatable.

Our goal in life is not to become perfect.

Our goal is to become whole.
