Yoga
Redwing offers group yoga classes and private yoga sessions. Classes are vinyasa inspired with a flowing, mindful presence that fully integrates heart, body and mind.
Meditation/Mindfulness
Redwing Yoga offers private and group meditation instruction in the Vipassana tradition. Our meditation practice offers an opportunity to befriend your mind and helps you learn to pay attention, be in the present moment, and to do so without judgement. All levels welcome.

There are certain people who bring meaning, peace and awareness to your everyday life - Nancy is one of those people. Twice a week Nancy helped the employees at my corporation develop our yoga practice or to learn how to meditate. I benefitted from this time away from my desk and learned to approach each new day as a gift, with hands and heart open to accept what the day would bring, and to center my awareness on my breath when stress showed up in my day. I also used the meditation and breathing techniques on my long hikes when my feet were hurting and I had many miles and hours to go. I am grateful to Nancy for this gift.
